3.2 Employer / Client Data

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to HireAccord.
  • Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions, background checks, and employment contracts.
  • HireAccord may retain limited records for legal, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.
