2. Scope of Services
HireAccord is designed to support recruitment-related services including:
- Candidate sourcing
- Technical screening
- Shortlisting
- Recruitment advisory support
Services may be governed by separate commercial agreements.
3. Employer Obligations
Users registering as employers agree to:
- Provide accurate hiring information
- Use candidate data lawfully
- Maintain confidentiality
- Comply with applicable employment laws
4. Candidate Obligations
Candidates agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not misrepresent qualifications
- Inform us of material changes in availability
5. Fees & Payment
Fees are defined in written commercial agreements or pilot offers. Payment terms will be specified per agreement.
6. Confidentiality
All confidential information exchanged shall remain confidential unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.
- We are not liable for employment disputes between employers and candidates.
- Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
HireAccord is designed to facilitate recruitment introductions. We are not responsible for employment outcomes, candidate performance, or contractual disputes between employers and candidates.
8. Candidate Ownership and Non-Circumvention
If a candidate is introduced through HireAccord and subsequently hired directly or indirectly within 12 months of introduction, applicable recruitment fees remain payable.
9. Independent Contractor Status
HireAccord is structured as an independent recruitment intermediary and is not the employer of candidates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Lochness Technologies in India, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection laws where applicable. These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity, Lochness Technologies LLP.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
